The Program Kit contains 1 Program Guide with Facilitator’s Notes. Helpful hints within the Program Guide include Program Objectives, Convening the First Career Collaborators® Circle, What to Expect As A Facilitator, Possible Challenges and Issues, and Next Steps.
The Program Kit also contains 7 Circle Member's Guides which help participants work through activities that will provide thoughtful reflection on things such as job satisfiers and dissatisfiers, identifying critical skills and experiences and developing concrete actions for moving forward.
A Program Facilitator convenes the group and provides an overview of the four Program Modules.
Over the next three months, individuals work through the activities in the modules, at their own pace, in a self-directed manner, coming together with their Facilitator and their Circle Members to share and learn from one another. Career Collaborators® Circles are encouraged to meet approximately once every 2-3 weeks.
The Career Collaborators® Program is suitable for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Program Sponsors and Facilitators will also be provided with guidance on how to structure the program to meet the needs of the organization, regardless of whether this is the first time a career development initiative has been launched or whether the program will be part of a more mature talent management effort.

UNIQUE PROGRAM FEATURE:
Career Collaborators® Circles
Focused, face-to-face social networks consisting of 5-7 colleagues who are participating in the program, who come together over a three-month period for sharing progress, challenges and experiences. Communities form within the Circles, creating opportunities for teamwork, social interaction, collaboration and learning. Company-wide interaction can break down functional silos and help employees develop relationships outside their immediate work group.
